6. Personal Growth and Mindset

Mindset is your state of awareness, beliefs, and attitudes to life. Everything we are and our life today is thanks to our thoughts and beliefs. Do you know truly who you are? What myths do you tell yourself that get you down? What limiting beliefs do you hold on to? Your own sense of spirituality is what gives meaning and depth to all aspects of your life.

 

Personal growth is about growing into who you truly want to be and allowing the time to really find yourself. For you to grow into who you are and feel good about yourself, it’s time to find out who you truly are. To excel in this we will set goals in the following areas:

 

1. Daily Meditations

2. Daily Affirmations

3. Learning New Skills

4. Taking care of your wellbeing and focusing on self care

5. Understanding your own sense of spirituality and what it means to you

6. Practising gratitude (you could start by writing what your grateful for on small notes and stick them in a jar to reflect on)
