I went to uni when I was 43. I completed a 3 year degree alongside running a house, with 2 teenage children and a part time job, supported my my husband. I qualified when I was 46 with a BSc Honours Degree in Adult Nursing. I went from Healthcare Assistant to Registered Nurse to Senior Registered Nurse and now Palliative Care Clinical Specialist Nurse working in a local hospice.

Cindy has been my best friend for the past 20 years.
