📢 Welcome to Week 4 – Identifying & Challenging Limiting Beliefs Hi everyone! 👋 Welcome to Week 4 of our group coaching journey! 🎉 This week, we’re focusing on something that impacts every area of our lives—limiting beliefs. These are the thoughts and assumptions we carry that hold us back from reaching our full potential. Have you ever told yourself… 🚫 “I’m not good enough to succeed.” 🚫 “I can’t make money doing what I love.” 🚫 “I’m too old/too young to start something new.” If so, you’re not alone! These beliefs shape our decisions, our confidence, and the opportunities we allow ourselves to pursue. But what if we put them on hold for just one week? What to Expect This Week 🔹 In today’s session, we’ll explore our own limiting beliefs, uncover where they come from, and discuss how they affect different areas of our lives. 🔹 For the next 7 days, we’ll take on a powerful challenge—putting our limiting beliefs on hold and acting as if they don’t exist. Your Challenge: ✅ Write down your limiting belief, fold it up, and put it away. ✅ For the next week, take action as if it isn’t real—what becomes possible for you? ✅ Reflect on what shifts and be ready to share your experience in our next session! We’ll be using the 8 Compass Points of Life Compass to guide our discussion and help you break free from these mental barriers.
